About the program

The Bachelor of Public administration degree is designed to educate students for effective careers in management of the public service or other non-profit seeking organizations.  Its main objective is to provide knowledge and skills of three types: conceptual, human, and technical/operational.  These are pivotal for development. The purpose of this degree is to enhance the capacity of managers, planners, researchers and students to: test and explore new ideas, sharpen their analytical capacities, broaden awareness and deepen understanding of complex issues that influence decision-making, interact with peers and leading academics and practitioners and reflect on their personal goals, values and careers.
